In 2025, CCE fully tapped into resources from property management, medical logistics, urban sanitation, smart cleaning, indoor environment, laundry, and air conditioning sectors, and launched a series of activities including forums, competitions, demonstrations, and a gala dinner. Over 20 specialized forums for the property and cleaning industries were held concurrently at the exhibition site, gathering over 200 corporate representatives and leading experts. The events attracted over 2,000 professional attendees from commercial real estate developers, hotels, department store management companies, and property and cleaning sectors.
Contracted Cleaning Developing Forum
This forum deeply focused on the forefront of industry development and actively promoted innovation and maintenance sector empowered by new productive forces. It brought together industry professionals to explore in-depth key topics such as green cleaning and sustainability, innovative applications of intelligent technologies, global trends in the cleaning industry, and how new productive forces are reshaping the cleaning industry ecosystem. By sharing case studies and techs, the forum facilitated exchanges and cooperation , inspired innovative thinking, and contributed to the joint advancement of the sector.
CREAM-AI Innovation Ecosystem Summit
This event focused on digital transformation and technological innovation in commercial and office asset management, centering on themes such as “enhancing asset management efficiency through technology” and “low-carbon smart space operations.” It explored cutting-edge technology applications such as AI ecosystem-enabled solutions for commercial buildings. The event aimed to promote integration of industry chain resources and joint standard development, helping the industry seize new opportunities for asset appreciation and sustainable development, and driving progress toward high-quality growth.
ISSA Seminar
To help better understand and adapt to the demands of international markets, this event invited several international cleaning industry experts to share the latest cleaning information and development trends of major countries and regions, provided detailed analyses of potential business opportunities and key considerations and offered professional advice for overseas business development; so as to help enterprises to break down information barriers, reduced potential obstacles, accurately grasped development opportunities, and supported the international growth of Chinese cleaning companies.

Shanghai Cleaning Skills Competition
The Shanghai Cleaning Skills Competition was held at the CCE exhibition site and brought together 30 elite frontline employees from professional cleaning and maintenance service companies. These skilled competitors were carefully selected through rigorous preliminary rounds and competed across four specialized categories: glass cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor scrubber operation, and smart cleaning equipment operation, creating an impressive showcase of industry expertise and technical proficiency.

The competition’s primary objective was to promote learning through competitive excellence, enhancing practitioners’ professional skills while discovering and cultivating outstanding technical talents within the cleaning industry. This initiative drove knowledge exchange and technological innovation, encouraging professionals to proactively strengthen their expertise and advance industry standards through practical application and peer learning opportunities.

The competition increased consumer and property owner awareness of professional indoor environment improvement services, helping the industry gain broader market recognition. The event facilitated communication and cooperation among companies while raising public awareness about the importance of professional cleaning services. A total of 8 teams participated in the skill-based challenges, with champions, runners-up, and third-place winners being recognized for their exceptional performance.
