Privileges for Hosted Buyers
The organizer will cover the basic room rate for two nights at a designated hotel (typically March 31-April 1, 2026).
Daily complimentary shuttle buses between the designated hotel and the venue throughout the show period.
Enjoy exclusive access to the VIP lounge featuring a quiet meeting space, complimentary refreshments, and basic business amenities.
Enjoy priority access to preferred meeting time slots, with a dedicated onsite coordinator to assist in confirming your meeting schedule for smooth and efficient business connections.
Based on your submitted procurement interests, the organizer will pre-screen qualified exhibitors and schedule one-on-one business meetings tailored to your needs.
Hosted Buyers Obligations
• Onsite Attendance & Minimum Stay: Attend China Clean Expo 2026 in person and stay for at least two full days during the show period.
• Commitment to Business Meetings: Actively participate in the organizer-arranged meetings and complete a minimum of 10 confirmed meetings with exhibitors.
• First-Time Participation Only: Applicants must be first-time participants. Previous hosted buyers are not eligible to reapply.
• Social Media Engagement: Share photos or short videos from the event on your personal or company social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X), tagging the official China Clean Expo accounts.
• Post-Event Feedback: Complete a brief satisfaction survey sent by the organizer after the event.
