All the applicants for visas are required to have an Invitation Letter from the Chinese authority.

• Passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of entry into China.
• The organizers will coordinate and forward the information of the application to the Chinese authorities for issuing the Invitation Letter which will be ready within 7 days and presented to your company by fax or express mail.
• For exhibitor and visitor: Free of charge.
• Please return the typewritten form to us together with the copy of your passport before the deadline (10 March, 2010).

Attention:
(!) Since the official invitation letter is approved by the Chinese authority, we can NOT guarantee the success of its application. Kindly arrange the payment AFTER receiving the invitation letter!
