VISA APPLICATION TO CHINA :

All foreigners must obtain an entry visa before proceeding to China . Exhibitors and visitors are strongly recommended to process the application well in advance, at least one month before departure from the country of origin.

INVITATION REQUEST:

All the applicants for business-visa are required to present an Invitation Letter from the Chinese authority. The organizer will coordinate and forward the information of this form to the Chinese authorities to issue the Invitation Letter. The letter is normally ready within 14 days and presented to your company by fax or express mail. Upon receipt of the Invitation Letter, the applicant is required to present it together with his/her passport, a recent photograph, a completed visa application form (available at the local Chinese Embassy) and proceed to the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
