Before the opening of the 16th Asian Games, to be held from November 12-27,2011, the number of star hotels in Guangzhou will increase from 203 to 300. Among the hotels to be built, half will be four and five star hotels, the total investment on which will achieve 20 billion yuan. The Asian Games is predicted to create a minimum of 5 billion yuan market for Guangzhou hotel supplies.
